题 目:20000吨/年 顺酐产品氧化回收工段(水吸收塔)的工艺设计
摘要:
这次设计的课题是20000/年顺酐产品氧化回收工段(水吸收塔)的工艺设计。通过各种工艺的评估以及结合我国的国情特点,运用目前先进并得到国内外认可的的苯氧化法工艺路线。这个成熟的工艺使用的原料为空气和苯, 采用V2O5- Mo2O3作为反应的催化剂,列管式固定床作为此工艺路线的反应器,产物通过一系列得工段得到到最终的产品顺酐。
本次设计主要对水吸收塔做了很详细的设计和计算,并且对整个工艺进行了物料衡算以及热量的衡算,同时对设备进行选型与计算;迎合环保的理念,对三废进行了回收处理,进行了安全得评估,可行性分析;同时对工艺流程进行了PID图纸的绘制,以及车间平立面布置图的绘制,对水吸收塔进行了设计与图纸的绘制。进行了工艺的创新与改进,有效的节约了资源。

According to the construction drawing standard, the pipeline and instrument flow, water tower equipment map, workshop layout.Carried out the material balance and the balance of heat, while the equipment selection and calculation.
