摘 要
随着世界经济一体化的发展，公司在获得经济利益的同时，面对紧张的市场范围，同样在互相竞争中遭遇着空前绝对的压力并且模糊的原因逐渐地增多。因为郭氏家具以及其他企业都是以赚取利润为目的，所以始终撼动不了公司的财务份量，财务安全性与稳定性是郭氏家具生存与发展的基石。然而，由于外部环境和内部因素的影响，让公司遭遇着许多风险：其中就有经营和财务上的风险等。所以，要想让郭氏家具在相互追逐中屹立不倒，让公司循序渐进地拓展，有效果地避开、防御以及预控风险就成了企业生存发展的燃眉之急，建立财务风险预警系统是预防财务风险的有力手段。全文分成四个部分，第一部分介绍了郭氏家具有限责任公司概况，具体包括郭氏家具的简介、内部结构、经营状况；第二部分介绍了郭氏家具的财务风险现状，包括应收账款赊销比重大且缺乏控制、市场经济增长缓慢、公司财务内部控制关系混乱；第三部分介绍了郭氏家具财务风险成因及预警分析，财务风险的成因包括应收账款日常管理工作不规范、家居市场的激烈竞争以及公司管理层内部控制意识薄弱；财务指标体系预警分析具体包括偿债能力、盈利能力、运营能力、发展能力四大指标；第四部分介绍了财务风险预警系统的建立，具体包括预警管理组织机制的建立、财务风险分析与监控机制的建立、财务信息收集与反馈控制机制的建立。这样才会将危机消灭在萌芽之中，从根本上遏制财务风险的发生，促进郭氏家具在家居行业的蓬勃发展。

With the development of the world economy integration,at the same time,in the face of intense market forces,there is also an unprecedented increasenin the number of factors that have been under unprecedented pressure in competition.Because the kwok furniture and other enterprises are profit for the purpose,so don’t alaways shake financial weight,financial security and stability is the kwok furniture is the foundation of survival and development. However,due to the external environment and internal factors,there are many risks to the company:there are operational and financial risks.So,if want to let the kwok furniture standing in chasing each other,make the company develop step by step,have the effect to avoid risk,defense and precontrol becomes the urgent need of the development of the enterprise survival,establishment and perfect warning system is a powerful means to prevent financial risks.This paper is divided into four parts,and the first part introduces the general situation of guo’s furniture ;Which includes the introduction,internal structure and operation of guo’s furniture.The second part introduces the present situation of the financial risk of guo’s furniture,including the account receivable credit sale is bigger than the significant and lack of control relation is chaotic;The third part introduces the kwok furniture and early warning financial risk analysis,the causes of financial risk including accounts receivable daily management is not standard,the fierce competition in the home market and company management consciousness weak internal control;The early warning analysis of financial index system includes four indicators of solvency,profitability,operation ability and development ability.The fourth part introduced the establishment of financial risk early warning system,including the establishment of early warning management organization system,financial risk analysis and the establishment of the monitoring mechanism,the establishment of the financial information collection and feedback control mechanism.Let the leaders before the crisis to must be immediately to the defense and control means,in stirs the crisis,fundamentally curb the occurrence of financial risk,promote the kwok furniture industry vigorous development in Home Furnishing.
