摘 要
随着中国改革开放的不断深入，中国的劳动力成本洼地的优势吸引了越来越多的国际OEM巨头落户中国。OEM已经成为中国外向型经济的重要组成部分，也是中国制造业的鲜明特色。但是随着竞争的日趋激烈和经济环境的不断变化，中国的OEM企业出现利润率下降甚至大面积亏损。本文通过比较西门子（江苏）的有关财务指标与同行业平均水平或与不同企业进行比较，找出差异及其产生原因，用于判断该企业所处的位置，以此来衡量企业的管理水平。分析了西门子（江苏）财务盈利能力、偿债能力、资产运营管理能力，发掘了西门子（江苏）公司生产、运营、管理中的不足。并针对西门子（江苏）公司生产、运营、管理中不足的根源，研究提出了西门子（江苏）提升其财务盈利能力、偿债能力、资产运营管理能力的对策。论文研究为完善西门子（江苏）公司未来的生产、运营、管理提供了参考依据，为EMS企业通过其财务状况显露出的问题，找出其经营管理的薄弱环节，并予以改进，提供有益思路和方法，为企业最大限度地规避生产运营中的风险，提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract
With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the advantages of China's labor cost depressions attract more and more international OEM giants to settle in china. OEM has become an important part of China's export-oriented economy, but also a distinctive feature of China's manufacturing industry. However, with the increasingly fierce competition and the constant change of the economic environment, China's OEM enterprises have experienced a decline in profit margins and even a large area of losses. In this paper, through the comparison of SIEMENS (Jiangsu) the relevant financial indicators with the industry average level or with different enterprises were compared, to find out the differences and reasons for the judgment of the location of enterprise, in order to measure the management level of enterprises. This paper analyzes the financial profitability, debt paying ability and assets management ability of SIEMENS (Jiangsu), and probes into the shortage of production, operation and management of SIEMENS (Jiangsu) company. In view of the shortage of SIEMENS (Jiangsu) company's production, operation and management, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for SIEMENS (Jiangsu) to improve its financial profitability, solvency and operation and management capabilities of assets. The research for the improvement of SIEMENS (Jiangsu) provides a reference for the company's future production, operation and management, for EMS enterprises through its financial situation reveal the problems, find out the operation and management of the weak link, and to be improved, to provide useful ideas and methods for enterprises to maximize the risk averse in manufacturing operations, providing a useful reference.

西门子经营财务状况与经营对策分析
一、绪论
本文主要基于西门子（江苏）工业园区，对其财务数据进行分析，研究其偿债能力等方面的基本情况，并且讨论其财务方面运行的基本逻辑。在分析有关理论知识以后，从资产报酬率和销售净利率等治标层面发现了西门子（江苏）经营管理和财务管理的问题，在此基础上，提出了一些对策和建议。通过总结西门子（江苏）财务管理的成功经验，可以促进其他EMS公司管理，以避免EMS行业的最大风险，提高财务管理的效率，为EMS公司的管理和改进提供一些有用的方法和手段。
2. 研究的意义
目前，由于中国及世界主要国家的经济形势下滑，对电子产品的需求逐渐下降，导致整个新兴市场都受到不同程度冲击。作为两大新兴市场巨头，富士康和西门子相继报道亏损，EMS厂商已进入加速整合阶段。新兴市场在经历了金融危机的洗礼后正在走出困境，但新兴市场厂商的困境不仅仅是一种经济形式，要看到其中暴露出自身的缺陷。尤其是大跃进式发展的粗放式管理思想。因此，对西门子（江苏）公司的财务分析，探讨生产管理的成功，为其他新兴市场管理和企业财务管理提供参考；同时，西门子（江苏）公司在生产、经营和管理还不完善，为西门子（江苏）的未来公司的生产经营和管理提供参考，具有重要的现实意义。
