摘要
如今,作为一种在家庭生活中应用比较广泛并且必不可少的家用电器,全自动洗衣机有了日新月异的发展,与此同时也对多功能有了更高的要求。时至今日,传统的机械式、简单的电子式控制都不能满足现如今用户的需求。全自动洗衣机在在经济快速发展和人民生活迅速提高的现状下向微电脑智能化发展是必然的要求。本设计当启动按键按下后系统开始工作,这时系统会打开进水开关进入到进水的过程。当高水位传感器检测到水位到达设定值时系统会关闭进水开关,停止进水后开始电机转动以实现清洗衣物的功能。经过一段时间的洗涤过程后,关闭电机,这时打开排水开关开始排水。当水位传感器检测到水位低于设定值时关闭排水开关,排水过程结束。之后进入脱水功能,这时开启电机高速旋转。最后就是系统的报警功能了,当脱水过程结束后,蜂鸣器发出警报提示洗衣机完成工作并且系统自动停机。
在本次设计中,我们使用STC89C52单片机,其主要系统包括功能按键模块,电机控制模块,进出水控制模块,水位检测模块,系统报警模块,液晶显示模块。进水,洗衣,排水,和脱水这几个过程组成了本设计洗衣的主要工作过程。

Development and Design on Automatic Washing Machine Function
Abstract
Today, as a family life in the application of a wide range and essential household appliances, automatic washing machine with the ever-changing development, but also on the multi-function has a higher demand. Today, the traditional mechanical, simple electronic control can not meet the needs of today's users. Automatic washing machine in the rapid economic development and rapid improvement of people's lives under the status quo to microcomputer intelligent development is an inevitable requirement. The design of the system when the start button press the system to start work, then the system will open the water switch into the water into the process. When the high water level sensor detects the water level reaches the set value when the system will close the water switch, stop the water after the start of the motor rotation to achieve the function of cleaning clothes. After a period of washing process, turn off the motor, then open the drain switch to start draining. When the water level sensor detects the water level is lower than the set value when the closure of the drain switch, the end of the drainage process. After entering the dehydration function, then turn on the motor high-speed rotation. Finally, the system is the alarm function, and when the dehydration process is completed, the buzzer alarm prompts the washing machine to complete the work and the system automatically shut down.
In this design, we use the STC89C52 microcontroller, the main system includes function key module, motor control module, inlet and outlet water control module, water level detection module, system alarm module, liquid crystal display module. Water, laundry, drainage, and dehydration of these processes constitute the design of the main work of the laundry process.
